The Sexy Goddess: Unleashing Your Inner Sensuality:

How do you feel when you say the following: ‘It’s OK to enjoy my life’, and ‘I can enjoy sensual pleasures’? Do you feel a twinge of guilt when you say those statements? Say ‘hello’ to that feeling, acknowledge that we may have unwittingly been trained to shut down sensuality, and then let the guilt go. What if you were made into physical form, not to deride the body, but to acknowledge it, and enjoy the experience of being in a body? Find loving ways to acknowledge your sensuality and enjoy it daily. For example, buy some silky, luxurious sheets for your bed and enjoy the texture against your skin. You don’t have to be ‘practical’ with everything in your room. Another idea, before you actually eat a meal, sit down and take a few moments to savor the smell and look of the food. By doing simple things like these, you will become more in tune with your body, your senses, and life will become more pleasurable.
